Cashew Nuts Chicken Kebab Recipe
Cashew Nuts Kebab Recipe ( NON_VEG RECIPE)
Nuts are not only healthy but add a beautiful richness to marinades or curries. In this Chicken Seekh Kabab recipe, the Cashew nut is the hero blended with chilli, yoghurt and spices. We recommend serving this recipe with a chilli garlic barbeque dip. To make the sauce for these Thai-inspired kebabs, simply pulse cashews and curry paste together with water. Consider using other nuts, too, like peanuts or almonds for future dinners.

Recipe:
-
Step 1
Take curd in a bowl. Add garlic and ginger paste, lemon juice and mix. Set aside for just a few minutes.
-
Step 2
In the meantime put cashew nuts in a blender and grind them into a fine paste.
-
Step 3
Now add turmeric powder, salt, cumin, black pepper and coriander powder to the curd bowl and combine well.
-
Step 4
Now add fresh cream to the mixture. This step is optional and you can skip it as well.
-
Step 5
Next, add the cashew nut powder to the bowl. Mix all the ingredients well to form a thick paste.
-
Step 6
Now add shredded chicken to this paste and coat it well. Let the chicken marinate for 1-2 hours.
-
Step 7
Once done, take a small amount of the mixture and form it into a long sausage-like kebab. Repeat this step to make kebabs from the mixture.
-
Step 8
You can use a bamboo stick or an ice-cream stick and use it to give your kebabs a proper base.
-
Step 9
Now pour some oil in a pan or on a tawa and shallow fry all the kebabs on low flame. After 2-3 minutes flip the kebabs and fry from the other side as well.
-
Step 10
Once golden brown from both sides, the kebabs are ready to be served.
