Step 1 Prepare butter-cream mixture
To prepare this delicious Maharashtrian recipe, take a large bowl and mix together butter and cream.

Step 2 Warm the pavs on tawa
Next, slice the ladi pavs or buns and put a tawa over medium flame. When the tawa is hot enough, put the pavs on it and warm them well from both ends.

Step 3 Apply the butter-cream mixture and serve hot
Then, turn off the flame and spread the butter-cream mixture inside it and outside. You can cut them into four pieces from the centre or serve them as it is with hot tea. (Note: Some people like to enjoy jam inside it, so you can apply homemade jam in the centre before applying the cream-butter mixture.
