Paneer cheese is an Indian cheese that you can fry or grill without it melting, and it’s amazing! When you sauté it, it tastes a bit like a mozzarella stick but it doesn’t melt into a puddle like most cheeses.
Paneer stir fry recipe with vegetables. This paneer stir fry is very easy and colorful that you can make in few minutes, serves as a great side dish for Rotis or rice.
Get your vegetable chopping ready then you are done with this dish, yes it is that quick. This paneer stir fry recipe is mildly spiced, you can experiment with tour flavors as per your liking and preference.
Ingredients :

250 gm paneer

1 large chopped into cubes capsicum (green pepper)

1/2 cup pureed tomato

2 teaspoon kasoori methi leaves

1/4 teaspoon powdered black pepper

2 tablespoon coriander leaves
-
1 large chopped into cubes onion
-
4 cloves minced garlic
-
2 tablespoon butter
-
salt as required
-
2 tablespoon spring onions
-
1/2 teaspoon turmeric
Recipe:

Step 1:- Heat butter, saute garlic and onion
Heat butter in a pan, add garlic, onion and saute for a minute.

Step 2:- Add tomatoes
Add the tomato puree and mix well. Cover the lid and cook for 5 minutes.

Step 3:- Add capsicum
Now add salt, turmeric, Kasuri methi, and black pepper powder. Add diced capsicum and mix.

Step 4:- Cut paneer into cubes
Cut paneer into cubes and add. Mix well and cook for another 6-7 minutes.

Step 5:- Garnish and serve
Garnish with fresh coriander leaves, spring onions, and serve.
Tips:
- As in any stir fry recipe make sure to chop the vegetables of the same size.
- This is very important as we are sauteing the vegetables for a brief period on high heat. Chopping in size helps in even cooking.
- If you wish you can slightly pan fry or grill the paneer before adding to the vegetables.
