Smokey Indian Spice Box Salmon Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 380 gm salmon fish
  • 300 gm hung curd
  • 100 gm fresh cream
  • 1/2 tablespoon chilli garlic paste
  • 40 gm ginger paste
  • 4 tablespoon mustard oil
  • 12 gm garam masala powder
  • 24 gm salt
  • 40 gm roasted gram flour (besan)
  • 24 gm cumin powder
  • 4 gm black salt
  • 60 gm lemon juice
  • 40 gm butter
  • 60 gm garlic paste
  • 12 gm dill seed
  • 4 fenugreek leaves ( methi)
  • 4 gm thyme

Recipe :

  • Step 1

    Clean the salmon and cut it into equal pieces. Then add ginger garlic paste to it and add cumin powder, thyme, salt, and dill seeds.

  • Step 2

    Now, take hung curd add roasted besan, black salt, lemon juice, chili garlic paste then finish with cream. Add salmon pieces to it.

  • Step 3

    Skewer and cook it in a tandoor or bake in the oven for 20 minutes at(180C).

  • Step 4

    Serve hot.
