  • Step 1 Boil prawns

    To prepare this amazing dish, put a pan with water over medium flame and bring it to a boil. Add a squirt of lemon juice and add cleaned prawns in it and boil for 2 minutes. Once done, remove and put immediately in ice-cold water for them to stop cooking.

  • Step 2 Prepare avocado mash

    Now, cut the avocado and take out all its meat in a bowl. Using a fork, mash the avocado gently, add the juice of remaining lemon, salt to taste, chopped red chili, chopped coriander leaves. Mix all the ingredients well and keep them aside.

  • Step 3 Make Shrimp Avocado Tango and serve immediately

    Finally, take the prawns and pat them dry. Chop them about 1/2" cubes and toss them with the avocado mash well and serve immediately.
