Salmon and Cream Stuffed Mushrooms Recipe ( NON - VEG RECIPE)
With creamy goat cheese spiked with lemon, onion, and dill and a little heat from dried red peppers, these little Smoked Salmon and Goat Cheese Stuffed Mushrooms make perfect appetizers or finger food.
These Smoked Salmon and Goat Cheese Stuffed Mushrooms should definitely be served at your next party.
I decided yesterday that the internet needs another stuffed mushroom recipe. I'm starting a one-woman campaign to bring back the stuffed mushroom craze.
Ingredients:
For Garnishing:
-
1 handful coriander leaves
Recipe:
-
Step 1
To prepare this snack recipe, start by preheating the oven at 180 degrees Celsius. Next, shred the cheese, salmon, chop the coriander leaves, and mash the paneer. Now, in a bowl, add shredded cheese, fresh cream, mashed paneer, shredded salmon, salt, and pepper as per your taste. Now, scoop out the stems of the mushrooms leaving an empty hollow in the center.
-
Step 2
Place the mushrooms on a baking tray and brush the hollow of the mushrooms with a little amount of olive oil and fill in the gaps with salmon cheese filling. Place the baking tray in the preheated oven and bake the mushrooms for about 20 minutes or until you see the cheese melting.
-
Step 3
Once done, remove from the oven and garnish with some chopped basil leaves. Serve these hot with a dip of your choice!
Notes:
The total number of mushrooms you need will depend on their size. If you’re using the extra-large stuffer mushrooms, you may only need about 12. If you’re using medium white mushrooms, you may need about 20.
