Step 1
Take our the vegetable spiralizer and clean it properly using a cloth. Create noodles out of zucchini and carrots using this spiralizer. Now place them in a large bowl.

Top them with chopped onions, shredded purple cabbage, florets, crushed peanuts and cilantro. Mix it well. Now, in another large bowl mix tahini, almond butter, tamari, agave nectar, lemon juice, garlic and grated ginger root well. You will have a thick sauce formed now.

Pour this sauce prepared in the bowl above over the veggies and mix well. Your Raw Pad Thai is now ready. Keep it in the refrigerator before serving.
