    To prepare this delicious main dish recipe, peel the onions, and wash the tomatoes, green chillies and coriander leaves under running water. Next, finely chop all these ingredients on a chopping board in separate bowls. Then, grate the ginger in a small bowl.

    Now, take a large bowl and mix together the chopped onions, tomatoes, green chillies, coriander leaves, garam masala powder and grated ginger. Crack open the eggs in the same bowl and add salt in it. Whisk well to combine all the ingredients and then using an electric beater, beat the eggs until frothy.

    Now, put a frying pan over medium flame and add butter in it. When the butter is melted, transfer the egg mixture in the pan and cook for about 4-5 minutes. Stir continuously to make the spicy scrambled eggs. Serve hot with chapati!
