Healthy, Testy, And Cheesy Pizza Using With a Wheat Flour Base Without Using Over or Yeast

Usually, pizza is prepared with yeast for raising the base. But most of us don't use yeast or at times yeast is not available. In this case, pizza can be prepared without yeast. Pizza without yeast tastes almost the same as a pizza prepared with yeast.

Recently I came across this wheat flour pizza without yeast and oven in Cooking shooking Youtube channel. As I was craving to eat pizzas, I tried it instantly. It came out so well. Though the taste of this atta pizza cannot be compared with the regular pizza dough made with all-purpose flour and yeast, It is a really good and healthy alternative. As I had already shared a Tawa pizza recipe, making this one was not so difficult for me. In this recipe, cooking pizza without an oven is slightly different. It's more like baking cake in a Kadai or pressure cooker. Salt is being used. Also, I made a thin crust pizza for Raksha and medium crust pizza for myself and Sendhil. So pizza in the pic looks thin and not fluffy. But the pizza base was really soft. One couldn’t guess that this pizza is yeast-free. Baking powder, baking soda, and curd are the most important ingredients in this recipe. So do not skip any. I served it hot by garnishing with Domino's pizza seasoning. It was yummy!

Ingredients:

For Making Pizza Base:

  • Maximum 2 Cup of Wheat Flour
  • 1tp Spoon Salt
  • 1/2tp  Spoon Yogurt
  • Water (As Per Needed)
  • 1tp Spoon Oil

For Making Pizza Topping: (You can use Vegetable As Per Your Choice)

  • Tomato Ketchup
  • Pizza Source
  • Sweet Corn
  • Tomato
  • Capsicum
  • Cheese
  • Pinch of Oregano
  • Pinch of Paprika

  • લગભગ 2 કપ જેટલો ઘઉંનો લોટ
  • 1 ચમચી મીઠું
  • 1/2 ચમચી દહીં
  • પાણી (જરૂર મુજબ)
  • 1 ચમચી તેલ

પિઝા ટોપિંગ બનાવવા માટે: (તમે તમારી પસંદ પ્રમાણે શાકભાજીનો ઉપયોગ કરી શકો છો)

  • ટામેટા કેચઅપ
  • પિઝા સોર્સ
  • મીઠી મકાઈ
  • ટામેટા
  • કેપ્સિકમ
  • ચીઝ
  • ચપટી ઓરેગા
  • ચપટી પેપ્રીકા

Tips:

  • firstly, knead the dough well else the pizza base will be chewy.
  • also, roll thin else the pizza base will not cook uniformly.
  • additionally, top with vegetables of your choice to make them more nutritious.
