Take a bowl and add minced chicken in it along with chopped onions, coriander, ginger-garlic paste and desi ghee. Then, add salt as per your taste and add 1 tbsp each of red chilli powder and meat masala. Mix well and keep the mixture aside.

Take small rounds of the dough and spread it using a rolling pin or your hands. Cut it in square shapes and add the filling in the middle of it. Make 10-15 such wontons and keep aside.

Step 4 Time to prepare the red chutney
Take a saucepan, add oil to it and put dried red chillies, chopped onion and tomatoes in the pan and stir well. Add the ginger-garlic paste in it and then add 5-7 freshly chopped garlic & stir along. Once the onion starts turning brown add salt & pepper according to taste. Take the pan off the flame & let the mixture cool down.Transfer it to the grinder and grind it well till it becomes a fine paste.

Step 5 Fry and serve it fresh
Add oil in a kadhai to start frying your wontons. Let the oil become hot enough that you could feel it by keeping your palm above the kadhai from a distance. Start frying wontons 4-5 at a time, on medium-low flame for 3-4 mins till it becomes crispy. Do your plating and serve them hot with your spicy chutney.
