Veg Manchurian gravy recipe has a sauce or gravy in which the fried veggies balls are tossed and dunked.

Ingredients:
- 1 Small Sized Capsicum
- 1 Piece of Carrot
- 300Gram of Cauliflower
- 500Gram of Cabbage

For Tempering:
- 2tp Oil
- 1tp Spoon Ginger Garlic And Green Chilli Pest
- 2tp Spoon Tomato Ketchup
- 1tp Spoon Red Chilli Sauce
- 1tp Spoon Green Chilli Sauce
સામગ્રી:
- 1 નાના કદના કેપ્સિકમ
- 1 નંગ ગાજર
- 300 ગ્રામ ફૂલકોબી
- 500 ગ્રામ કોબી
- 100 ગ્રામ ફણસી
- 4 નંગ લીલા ડુંગળી
- મીઠું (સ્વાદ અનુસાર)
- 1 ચમચી મેંદો
- 2 ચમચી મકાઈનો લોટ
- 2 ચમચી ચોખાનો લોટ
- 1 ચમચી આદુ લસણ અને લીલા મરચાંની પેસ્ટ
- તેલ (તળવા માટે)
વઘાર માટે:
- 2 ચમચી તેલ
- 1 ચમચી આદુ લસણ અને લીલા મરચાંની પેસ્ટ
- 2 ચમચી ટામેટા કેચઅપ
- 1 ચમચી લાલ મરચાંનો સોર્સ
- 1 ચમચી લીલી મરચાંનો સોર્સ
Tips:
While making the Manchurian balls, you can add cornflour if you find it difficult to bind the stuffing together to make small Manchurian balls.
