Indian flatbreads are very commonly used across India for different types of meals. these are generally made with wheat or plain flour, but can also be made with other types of flour and served with a spicy combo curry. one such perfectly balanced curry and bread combo from north India is the chole bhature recipe, known for its spice and tangy flavor combo.

Ingredients:

For Making a Bhature:

  • 1 Cup of Wheat Flour
  • Salt (As Per Test)
  • 2tp Spoon Semolina
  • 2tp Spoon Yogurt
  • 1tp Spoon Oil
  • Water (As per Needed)
  • Oil (For Deep Fry)

For Making Tomato Pury:

  • 4 Pieces of Chopped Tomato
  • 3 to 4 Pieces of Curry Leaves
  • 1/2Cup of Dry Coconut

For Cooking Chole:

  • 1tp Spoon Oil
  • 2tp Spoon Butter
  • 1tp Spoon Ginger Garlic Pest
  • 1/2tp Spoon Turmeric Powder
  • Red Chilli Powder (As Per Your Choice)
  • 1/2tp Spoon asafoetida
  • 1tp Spoon Coriander - Cumin Seed Powder
  • Salt (As Per Test)
  • 2tp Spoon Chole Chana Masala
  • 1 Bowl of chickpeas(Chole Chana)
  • 2tp Spoon Water
  • Coriander Leaves (For Garnishing)

સામગ્રી:

ભટુરે બનાવવા માટે:

  •  1 કપ ઘઉંનો લોટ
  • મીઠું (સ્વાદ અનુસાર)
  • 2 ચમચી સોજી
  • 2 ચમચી દહીં
  • 1 ચમચી તેલ
  • પાણી (જરૂર મુજબ)
  • તેલ (તળવા માટે)

ટામેટા પુરી બનાવવા માટે:

  • 4 નંગ કાપેલા  ટામેટાં 
  •  3 થી 4 નંગ મીઠા લીમડા નાપાન
  • 1/2 કપ સૂકું નાળિયેર 

છોલે ચણાં બનાવવા માટે:

  • 1 ચમચી તેલ
  • 2 ચમચી માખણ
  • 1 ચમચી આદુ લસણ પેસ્ટ
  • 1/2 ચમચી હળદર 
  • લાલ મરચું પાવડર (તમારી પસંદગી મુજબ)
  • 1/2 ચમચી હીંગ
  • 1 ચમચી  ધાણા - જીરું પાવડર
  • મીઠું (સ્વાદ અનુસાર)
  • 2 ચમચી છોલે ચણા મસાલા
  • 1 બાઉલ છોલે ચણા
  • 2 ચમચી પાણી
  • કોથમીર (સુશોભન માટે)

Serve Chole Bhature With Onion Slice And Pickle.
