Step 1 Soak rice and boil sangri
To make this exotic dish first start by preparing the pulao. For sangri pulao, clean and soak the basmati rice in water for 30 minutes. Meanwhile, bring the sangri to boil. Once done, keep aside.

Step 2 Saute spices and sangri
Now heat oil in a pan and add cloves, cinnamon stick, bay leaf, black cardamom, and black cumin seeds. To the spices add chopped onion and saute it, now put the ginger paste and red chili powder. Let the mix cook for a minute or two. Now add in the boiled sangri. Cook for another 2-3 minutes.

Step 3 Add rice and cook
To the prepared mixture add the drained rice with water. Reduce the flame and cook till the rice is properly done. Remove the lid, garnish it with fresh coriander, fried cashew, and fried onion sliced. Your Sangri Pulao is ready

Step 4 Prepare the stuffing
Next, for the Bharwan Parwal, heat oil in a pan and add desiccated coconut, red chili powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, saunf powder, and mashed paneer, cook for three-four minutes.

Step 5 Stuff the mixture in parwal
Now, wash the parwal and cut out the tips to make a cavity in the center. Then, fill the prepared mixture in the parwal cavity.

Step 6 Cover and cook the parwal
Finally, heat oil in a thick bottom pan, add stuffed parwal, and cover it. Give dum in very low heat until the parwal turns soft.
