Step 1
First, make Maggi noodles by boiling them in water and adding masala. Once done, set them aside.

In a bowl combine boiled noodles, mashed potatoes, ginger and garlic paste, turmeric powder, red chili powder, garam masala, coriander leaves, and salt as per taste. Mix everything well.

Make a semi-stiff dough by mixing everything. Once done, take small balls from the dough and stuff cheese cubes in it. Give it the shape of a cutlet. Repeat the process with the rest of the dough.

Now heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan or kadhai and shallow fry the cutlets till golden brown from both sides.

Once done, serve with ketchup or mint chutney.
